Whassuuuup!!! Today was the first full day together as a large group. It was a slower day as we mostly sorted through medications for the local clinic. For a while in the afternoon we did some prayer walking and spent some time with local families. A lot of us were pushed out of our comfort zones, having to communicate with the families and share testimonies in a language we don't know.

Our devotional of the day was Ephesians 4. One theme we discussed was how we're all a part of the body of Christ and we serve a unique purpose. It was exciting to see the students take initiative in leading the discussion and being real with each other. We're anxious to see how God will use our big, rowdy group to accomplish His perfect plan.

Please pray for us tomorrow as we work with kids and in a clinic. Also, please pray that we can leave a godly mark here in the DR.

Hi Questies,
It is always SO exciting to see God at work! Not only are you showing the love of Christ to those you are serving in the D.R., but you are also a blessing to us at home who get to follow your journey on this sight. You never know who is reading this and whose heart may be changed forever! May the light and love of Christ continue to shine through you all!
Mikayla, we love and miss you! Can't wait to see you on Saturday : )
