The past two days have been busy as we finish our time in the City of Music. Wednesday began with an in depth tour of Belmont University, a Christian University in downtown Nashville.
On Wednesday evening, we participated in the 4:13 strong Bible study. We had the privilege to meet many young men who are focused on understanding our loving God. We also shared out stories with them as they were fascinated by our Brazilian background.
Then came time to say goodbye to the Acuff family, who have been so welcoming, inspiring, and encouraging to our team.
Our last day in Nashville was sunny and warm. Early in the morning we had the opportunity once again to serve at the Nashville Rescue Mission.
John Gardner from Clearview Baptist Church then gave us a tour and a brief overview of the church's history.
"We rather invest in mission than in buildings."

Then we said our goodbyes to Tammy and Alan Davidson (friends of Gabriel who met him in Brazil) who prepared a delicious homemade meal.
To finish off an amazing week in Nashville we watched the Bruins play the Predators with our incredible host mother, Susan Clark.
Our Bruins were so generous that they allowed the Predators to win by 2 goals!

Thank you for all the support in the past 9 days. Please continue to pray for the city of Nashville, the people we've met, and Corner to Corner.
